The Campsite "Les Peupliers" is close to Vendays-Montalivet in the region of Gironde (33)

Only 1 hour from Bordeaux and 20 minutes from the town of Soulac by the sea and 8 minutes from the ocean and fine sandy beaches at Montalivet

If you arrive from the NORTH :

- Take the car-ferry from Royan (information in 00 33 (0)5 46 38 35 15)

- From Le Verdon port follow direction Lesparre take the N215 in approximately 25 km

- Turn right at the crossroads, D102 to VENDAYS-MONTALIVET

- From in front of the church, after 100 m turn left just in front of "La Poste" post office and follow the centre of the fire station in approximately 200m you will arrive at the site.

This route using the car-ferry, is more "pleasant" and saves time, rather than driving via Bordeaux.

If you arrive via BORDEAUX :

Option 1 :

- Take the direction toxard MERIGNAC go left and join the bypass

- Then take exit n° 8 on the bypass, in the direction to LACANAU (N215>D6).

- At Ste HELENE, go to the right, D104 direction to BRACH.

- Then take the D207 to CARCANS, then D3 to HOURTIN then D101 to VENDAYS-MONTALIVET.

- 100m before the church, turn to the right, in front of post office, go on for 200m approximately.

Option 2 :

- Take the exit n°7 on the bypass

- Then the D1 to CASTELNAU de MEDOC, N125 to St LAURENT MEDOC, LESPARRE Medoc, then direction of SOULAC in approximately 9 km

- Turn left, at the crossroads D102 to VENDAYS-MONTALIVET

- From in front of the church, after 100 m turn left just in front of "La Poste" post office and follow the centre of the fire station in approximately 200m you will arrive at the site.
